The length of the detoxification process varies depending on; the substance, date of last dose/drink, amounts used, and how long the person has been using/drinking. Here at Rocky Mountain Treatment Center, we assist the clients and make them comfortable in all stages of detoxification. With us by your side, you will be able to focus on your recovery.

What is Detox Like at Rocky Mountain Treatment Center?

Our experienced and compassionate staff will be with you 24/7 throughout the detox process. Soon after you arrive you will be seen by a Family Nurse Practitioner to ensure you are medically stable and that you have all the medications you will need during the detox process. You will also be seen by your counselor, and be matched with a client mentor and a treatment assistant, who are in recovery themselves, have personally been through the same detox process, and will be able to walk you through any mental or emotional difficulty you may experience.
